Nathan completed the residential property management course through UBC Sauder School of Business and obtained his license. He has worked in the industry since 2016, managing a large portfolio of mixed residential properties. Relocating to Alberta has given Nathan the opportunity to rejoin the world of property management and extend his knowledge base. He is currently overseeing 16 buildings in the Leston Portfolio. Nathan places a strong focus on tenant relations and ensuring that the renting process is memorable and smooth from start to finish. When he is not at work, Nathan enjoys camping and spending time outdoors.
