A Name Rooted in Heritage

Inspired by our location in Heritage Valley and the meaning of heritage, the traditions, values, and stories passed down through generations, we named our floorplans after Edmonton’s historic neighbourhoods and landmarks. Each name is a small tribute to the communities that have shaped the city we call home.

For nearly 50 years, Leston has been part of Edmonton’s story, growing from a local family business into a company that continues to evolve alongside the city. We’ve watched neighbourhoods change, communities flourish, and new places become home.

At H3, we wanted to carry that sense of history forward. By giving our floorplans names inspired by Edmonton’s past, we honour the places and people who helped shape our city while creating new spaces for life’s next chapter.

Because home is about more than where you live. It’s about the stories, connections, and sense of belonging that make a place feel like your own.
